Peanut Butter Pie



Ingredients:

1 chocolate graham crust (you can substitute a regular graham crust)
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 16 oz tub of whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla in a mixer on low speed until all the ingredients are well mixed. FOLD IN the whipped topping, then pour into the graham crust. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

You may have extra filling if the crust is on the small side. Either make a second pie, or use the filling as dip with apples and graham crackers.
