Dannon Yogurt Settlement -- Get up to $100

Dannon has set aside $35 million in settlement funds to settle a dispute over claims about its Activia and DanActive yogurts.  If you purchased either of these types of yogurts prior to April 23, 2010, you can get a portion of the settlement funds for reimbursement, up to $100.

If you just want a quick summary, here goes:
-Submit the claim form before October 1, 2010. 
-If you claim more than $15 in purchases, you will have to sign the Affirmation stating you purchased those specific products. 
-If you claim over $30 (up to $100), you must provide proof of purchase (receipts).
-You will need to list the products you bought, their cost, and store, city and state purchased from (if you do not know exact dates or amount, give it your best guess).

-Reimbursement fund will most likely be sent beginning in November 2010
