OK--so I know I haven't posted the Helpful Hints of the Week in months and months, but I came across an email today from Real Simple that listed a few neat clothing care ideas.
-stick a few fruit or herbal tea bags into drawers to keep clothes smelling fresh
-combat stinky odors by reusing dryer sheets in shoes, diaper bags, and hampers
-when traveling, put nice shoes into old clean socks in the suitcase
-make a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water and dab/brush over salt stained shoes to clean them
